Scheduling appointments:

To schedule your first appointment, please call our office at (724) 217-8847. As part of the scheduling process, our administrative staff will ask you some basic information so we can know how to best serve you.  Also, please have your insurance information ready and accessible if you are planning to use your insurance to pay for your services. Our administrative staff are looking forward to assist you and please be assured that your call is completely confidential. 

Your first appointment: 

We please ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled office visit to give both you and our staff ample time to check-in and complete the initial paperwork. Please bring your Photo ID and Insurance Cards with you. Your initial visit will be approximately 60 minutes long and the first appointment will focus on completing a clinical interview to get to know you and allow for a valuable discussion regarding what potential services will best meet your needs. Please note that payments for services rendered are due at the time of service.
